After early breakfast, we depart from Kampala by 6:30 am heading North with a break off for Lunch in Gulu before proceeding to Kitgum. We arrive Kitgum early evening and check in at our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay. Meals: Lunch, Dinner Activities: Transfer to Kitgum

After early breakfast, proceed to Kidepo valley national park through the Acholi village land and through the Karamojong small huts known as the Manyatas. Arrive at the park in time for lunch at your Lodge. Later go for an afternoon Game Drive where we will hopefully see Lions, Leopards, Cheetahs, vast herds of buffaloes, antelopes, and elephants – all the while around you is fascinating scenery of Kidepo Valley Park Wilderness. Dinner and overnight stay at Lodge Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Activities: Game drive.

Depart for a morning game drive on a thrilling encounter as you look out for various wild life like the ostriches, leopards, and tortoises along the way. The drive offers opportunities to view herds of Buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, elands, oribis, jackals, and herds of giant African Elephants. Return to the lodge for Lunch Afternoon go for a cultural tour where you will visit the Karamojong in their traditional homesteads known as “Manyatas”. Learn about the fascinating ancient culture on their way of life, local dishes; hear the stories and folklore of this tribe. Alternatively, opt for the afternoon nature walk. Return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight as you relieve the encounter with friends over a drink. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Activities: Game drive, cultural/ village tour

After breakfast it is off to another exciting game drive across the savannah, hills, small forests, dry river beds and always the rings of mountains around you. Every other day and game drive taken has lots of surprises for you. We will drive to Karankorog Hot springs as we look out for various wild life along the way. Later drive out of the park heading back to Kitgum where we will spend the night Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Activities: Drive

Have breakfast and check out of your rooms heading back to Kampala where you will be dropped or transferred to the airport for your home bound flight. Meals: Breakfast
